The best coverage and battery life, plus the extra battery is such a lovely addition and so helpful! I had a problem with the device but contacted customer support and they solved the problem within a couple of hours (it just needed resetting). Such a good service!

Worked very well through most of the trip through Southern Japan. Some spotty coverage in Mountain areas. Would definately would rent it again. Easy pickup and drop off

Very good so far

It was so nice to have internet every time I needed it. I helped me find little gems thoughout the city and of course navigating through the complex public transportation. The battery life of the pocket wifi was really good but having the back-up battery gave me such peace of mind.
