Best option for travel to Japan! Booked ahead due to 5am arrival, no shops open until 6:30am. Worked everywhere without slowing done,simple connection written in English. Cost ¥11,300 ($72) for 22 days which supported the entire family of four. Strongly recommended and will use again.

The pocket wi-fi was convenient to pick up at Haneda Airport, with instructions included in the e-mail. I simply showed the QR code at the pick up counter, and everything was ready for me.

The device included instructions, and was simple enough to set up. It provided a consistent signal throughout the entire time I used it. The battery life was good. I did not end up needed the extra power bank that was included, but it was very much appreciated.

Returning the device was simple as well-just drop it into any post office box using the included return envelope. I returned mine right outside of Terminal 3 at Haneda, so it was very convenient, and I was able to keep using the pocket wi-fi up until I entered the airport. I received an e-mail the next day confirming that the return was successful.

Everything worked great, and it really simplified a lot of things for my trip. I would definitely use this service again.
