we used this pocket wifi for 15 days, it was fast, reliable, and the autonomy was ok with 3 devices connected all the day long on it. It comes with a external battery in case of. Super easy to collect at the airport, ready to use, and when you leave just drop it off in a letter box ! will definitively use it again.

We had our Pocket Wifi delivered to our hotel. When we checked in, the package had already arrived. But when we opened the package, we noticed that the charging cable was missing. So we mailed Japan Wireless to ask if they could send us the cable. Within a few hours they responded and the next day the charging cable arrived at our hotel.

The Pocket Wifi worked perfectly. No problems with the connections whatsoever. If we return to Japan we will definitely rent from Japan Wireless again.

The pocket wifi work really well and we used it all day every day for our two devices. It was so easy and so reliable. Make sure you take the portable battery with you though as towards the end of the day we needed to charge it some more.
