Pocket WiFi was delivered to our hotel as requested. Connection was immediate upon activation. Excellent connection anywhere in Tokyo. Highly recommend this WiFi service.

I was travelling for 10 days in Japan, mostly in Tokyo and Sendai area and the wifi product I used was really useful. Setting it up is easy and it worked on all devices I had with me: phone, tablet laptop. The connection speed was excelent, we could all the three of us browse internet or watching different movies at the same time. The service was also excelent, we found our device at the hotel when we arrive in Tokyo and send it back via regular mail when leaving Japan at Haneda airport

It was an easy process to order online and had it delivered to the hotel. The battery lasted about 6-8 hours and a backup battery was also included. A pre-paid envelope was provided for the return of the items. No problem with connection. Would rent again from Japan Wireless. Great service!

My wife and I visited for our first time and used this for our phone connections. It worked great, was exceptionally easy to coordinate, and was the perfect solution. I wondered about the two of us getting separated with one hot spot, but we spent the majority of our time exploring together and if we ever got separated there’s pretty ubiquitous free Wi-Fi to reconnect. It worked well in subways to facilitate navigation and gave us the speed and amount of data we needed to keep in touch, translate and plan our trip. Thank your Japan Wireless!
