I’ve had no problems using the pocket wifi and it was easy to connect the moment I pick up. Plus I love they have envelope provided and you can drop it off to any mailbox! Will definitely be using this on my next trip again!

Very easy to order, had it delivered to the hotel. It included a back up battery, did not need to use it, power lasted all day long but was nice that it was there in case I needed it. Easy to return at the airport.

I never had any issues with the connection and it was always working. Even in underground subway stations. I will make use of Japan wireless in my future travels to Japan.

The only minor issue is that the battery dies quickly so carry a battery pack with you and you’ll be fine

Ordering , delivery, use and return all very good. Easy to order thru website and instelling only requires a ons time password entry. Return via provided envelope and after mailing the envelope at the airport confirmation mail received within 2 days. Perfect

Perfect connection during all out stay. The device was in the reception of our first hotel as ordered, and last day we put it in a post office box inside an envelope provided with the device. It is very easy to use and the connection is quick, without limitation.
