I loved this pocked WiFi. They delivered to my hotel and I dropped in Osaka airport prior returning to Canada. It’s lightweight and provides internet anywhere. I totally recommend it

pocket wifi is super convenient and easy to use, it was delivered to my hotel before I arrived. The speed is very fast too, good for browsing internet and video.

I found Japan Wireless online while planning my trip. It was my first experience of pocket Wi-fi so was a little uncertain of what to expect. After reading other reviews that were positive I chose Japan wireless.
We were going to Pokémon Go fest In Yokohama so connectivity was very important. We had no issues what so ever and had 4 devices connected and playing Pokémon Go with ease.
The pick up at the airport was ideal and so was dropping off in the prepaid envelope.
When I come to Japan again I will definitely use this service again.

All the travellers with me were quite jealous! It often worked on the cruise ship we took also which surprised me. Invaluable while travelling in Japan on public transportation and navigating sights. (Sometimes I even let friends share it!) Sitting there waiting for me upon checkin and then easy to drop off last minute at the airport. Wish every country had this!

The Japan Wireless Wi-Fi was excellent. The only problem we had was they were not able to deliver it to the Air bnb accommodation, so we had to collect it from the post office, which was a bit of a hassle. Other than that it worked fine, and dropping it off at the airport while leaving Japan was excellent. They provided the packaging etc, so literally all we had to do was find a post box at the airport and that was it.
