It delivered right to my host parents house, and I dropped it off at a post office after. Would rent again!

I was late to order the Wifi before my arrival.
After an inquiry, they emailed me that it was too late and the Wifi wouldn't arrive, so I answered that I would pick another company.
Then, they sent me another email, saying they will provide the Wifi in time, which they did. I was positively surprised about the speed and flexibility of this company. Usually, in Japan, they would say "time is not enough, sorry. That's it." This company was different. I will definitely use them again.

The portable WiFi was easy to use and meant we had internet access wherever we were. The battery lasted all day and the kit was light and not bulky, so easy to have with us all the time. A great buy/rent.
