I knew nothing about these, and I am not tech savvy. It was so easy to pick up at the airport and immediately be able to turn it on! Could not be more simple, I don't think! And it worked so well, too! Thank you for a great, simple product!

I used it in Japan for 3 weeks and the speed on it never dropped. It was the most useful purchase I made in Japan to be able to travel everywhere with it. I really recommend to use Japan wireless

On arrival in Tokyo, the pocket wi-fi was waiting for me in my hotel room in its envelope. It took me about a minute (or so) to connect to my phone, and after that, I used it for the duration of my 7-day trip. Signal strength was excellent, and the data download speed was very good.

On departure from Haneda Airport, all I needed to do was put the pocket wifi, cables etc. into a pre-supplied envelope and post it.

Pros: Extremely cost-effective; very good signal strength and download speed; very easy to connect to phone/laptop (with no dropouts); small and easy to carry around with my phone; excellent service.

Cons: None that I can think of.

Thanks so much for the efficient service you provided. We were in Japan for 8 days, and this was perfect for our travels, which included a three-day climb up Mount Fuji! The charging block did not work well, but we brought one of our own. Thanks again!
