used the mobile wifi for 10 days during the Rugby World Cup, worked very well with multiple connections. Made getting around allot easier, highly recommended.

The pocket wifi worked well. It was also convenient to have it delivered to our hotel and to mail it back.

I just had this pocket wifi for 23 days in Japan. It was waiting for me at my hotel in Narita and I set it up easily in about 1 minute. It worked wonderfully every day and lasted throughout the whole day and evening. I never needed to use the spare battery. Twice the unit didn't charge overnight, but that may have been because I didn't have to cable connected well, so I'm not going to fault the unit for that. The return was easy with the self-addressed envelope provided. Completely satisfied!

Easy to set up, good battery life, good connection, easy to drop off. Couldn't have asked for more. Would definitely rent again.

Rented this device for the 12 days we were in japan. I can not even begin to explain how helpful and awesome it was. We had fast internet everywhere and used it ALL day. It came with a portable power bank to recharge while we were out. This was a lifesaver for our trip!! Highly recommend

Great pocket wifi with a good battery duration. Always had a good connection and I got the device really quickly (same day I think). Also really flexible with extending and honestly pretty cheap if you want extra days. I picked it up in Ueno, because my last accommodation didn’t have pocket wifi, so I’m glad that I didn’t have to travel to an airport for pickup.
