Great product, the kiosk was in a smaller corridor in the airport but no issues finding it. The WiFi was fast enough for maps and translation while I was on my journeys through Japan. Never had an issue. The battery pack is necessary because I ended up using my phone way more than I expected

We did run into issues finding the pickup location and the first unit we received was not charged but the friendly staff did exchange it for a fully charged unit. We needed to extend the use and there was no issues with that and the unit for our entire trip. Returning was also very easy. Rate per day was very reasonable.
