I received it in an envelope with all the instructions, bathroom and cable.
It starts in seconds and offers a very high speed and superior quality internet.
The device comes with a battery little bit used so the autonomy didn't last the whole day,
It would be preferable to have an extra external battery.
All in all an impeccable service.

I used pocket wifi from Japan Wireless during my vacation. The device arrived quickly to the hotel, and was easy to use. The return was simple at the air port by dropping it to the post box. Will definitely use their service again during my next trip!

Easy to use and works perfectly

Very easy to use. It was my first time in Japan. The pocket wifi connection was strong. It worked amazing. I was even able to make video calls. The only complaint is the battery life. It does run out of battery quick (around 2-3 hrs). So make sure to bring the extra battery pack (provided as well). I highly recommend it to everyone.

I used this wifi everytime I go to Japan

First time ever to use a personal hotspot. The process was simple and efficient. Placed the order and the device was waiting for us at the hotel when we checked in. The convenience of having the device for phone and data was very beneficial, more than I anticipated it would be. The return process was easy with the included mailer - just drop the device in the mail at the end of your rental. I have one minor nitpick. I had a question that I emailed customer service about during our rental. I wish they had been a little more timely with a response but not a deal breaker by any means. I would use JW again.
