excellent signal very good service and delivery to our hotel

Our Premium Wifi was delivered to our hotel in Tokyo and worked perfectly all over Japan on our three week trip. Japan Wireless we’re also great to deal with in 2020 when our trip was cancelled due to Covid…we were given a 100% refund with no problems, Thank You. Returning the Wifi at Henada was easy with the pre-paid envelope. Great service.

So pleased we ordered this for our holiday. It was waiting for us in Japan when we arrived at our hotel. Couldn’t have managed without it. We had Wi-Fi available every minute and could use Google maps to find our way around effortlessly. It was easy to charge and operate and at the end of our holiday we just put it into the provided envelope and posted it in the postbox near our hotel. Excellent company to deal with.

I can only review the online ordering process from the Uk - this part of the process is very straightforward. If pickup at the airport later this month and 2 weeks usage go as smoothly I will be very satisfied

We arrived at Osaka (Itami) thinking we could rent out pocket wifi on the airport, but we had some problems to find where. Then, we find Japan Wireless website and we tried to order it via web, and it was the best decision we could take. Easy to order, nice price, nice service and fast shipment to our hotel adress. We will recomend it for sure to every people who travel to Japan!

To be always online when traveling in Japan is very helpful to translate written information etc. or just to check a timetable or finding your way with an online map or while driving a rental car.
