Fast, efficient and simple process

Perfect service. Good reliable product.

I rented the Pocket Wifi in November 2022 for a one and a half solo trip around Japan. The Pocket Wifi worked really well throughout my trip with only a single time hiccup but the support team were extremely quick to help out and replied within minutes.

Picking up and returning the package is very simple and convenient. I managed to forget to include the battery pack upon return but the support were very kind to help out with that too and settled the reimbursement quickly.

I'm renting the premium Pocket Wifi again for my next trip to Japan!

No complaints, excellent coverage and service

Service was good, easy to rent online. Had it shipped to my hotel. The wifi worked very well. A single charge was enough to last over a day. I would definitely rent this again for a future trip to Japan. Also recommended this to a family member.

Loved the pocket wifi, the directions were easy to follow for pick up and drop off in Haneda airport. The only problem I had was the portable charger that came with mine didn’t work so that was inconvenient but aside from that service was great. If my internet didn’t seem to be loading I just restarted the pocket wifi and it was fine. I even streamed on Twitch using the pocket wifi.

We’ve been to Japan a few times and have rented other pocket wi-fi but Japan Wireless has been the best so far. The only one with true unlimited data that doesn’t cap speed. We didn’t have problems with connectivity the entire duration of the trip and that’s exactly why we’re renting from them again for our upcoming trip.

I have used this company before and they were great. Even replaced one of our units on the spot when it was having a problem. Can't recommend enough.
