Very efficient and affordable

I highly recommend this service! Easy to pick up on arrival at the airport. It worked really well for the whole 4 weeks we were in Japan, even when we were on off-shore islands.
Easy to return. Instructions were clear. When we needed an extension due to airport issues, it was so easy to do this. Will use them again upon my return to Japan.

Placed my order just 2 business days before my trip to Japan and was worried since my arrival was on New Year's Day. My order was at my hotel upon my arrival on 01/01/23 and the device was super easy to use/set-up. The battery life of the portable device lasted all day for a full 11 hours out and about with extensive usage. The wifi was used in Tokyo and the mountains of Hokkaido (Rusutsu Resort) and I had full service throughout my trip. Drop off was super easy as well and I just left it with my hotel front desk instead of the airport drop-off. Overall - super convenient and awesome coverage/service.

Easy to reserve wifi pucks

Thanks u so much ! good price , ready (it was on my hotel the day i arrived) and easy to use (just scan , 5 items for me), it's work rom to room (side by side), wifi everywhere (we have been to Matsumoto),the free additionnal battery realy help at the end of the day , easy to transport (thin like a mobile phone) and at least easy to return , in Narita there is a post box.
