It is reliable and it is really unlimited. Much better than other options out there that are dancing around the word unlimited. It was very convenient to travel with and navigate. The extra battery was included at no additional charge. I rarely used it, but it was helpful when I needed to. I would recommend and use Japan Wireless again.

Definitely keep the envelope that it comes with until you return it! If picked up at a non-standard location, the workers there do not know how to return the device for you. Using the envelope and post office box is the easiest way.

Todo excelente, conforme lo acordado. En el aeropuerto de Narita fue muy sencillo ubicar el lugar donde hace el retiro, la atención fue muy buena. El equipo es muy fácil de usar y funciona de forma perfecta. No tuvimos ningún problema de señal y viajamos a varias ciudades de Japón. La devolución también fue muy sencilla, simplemente dejamos todo en el sobre que nos habían provisto es un buzón de correo de la Estación Tokio. Fue una experiencia excelente!!
