Excellent service and so convenient. Both occasions it was waiting for me at my hotel. Turned it on and was connected in seconds. Convenient return envelope which I simply put in the post box at the airport. Will be using this again next visit.

Very useful and reliable

Using Japan Wireless made my trip to Japan so much easier. The pick-up was very smooth and the wifi router simple to operate, and the battery lasted longer than I expected. I didn't use it for sharing - only for myself, but it was totally worth it not having to worry about simcards and reduced speeds.

The best thing to get when in Japan! So easy to use and to send back. Saved me loads of money I would have spent using my phones roaming packages and charges. The battery life is amazing and only needed to charge it once in the week I was in Tokyo. I will be purchasing another when I return to Japan later in the year

I did notice that when it was cloudy, the coverage would go from 4G to 3G, and often times we did have to restart the device but overall would purchase again!
