I had asked for the device to be delivered to my hotel in Osaka and was very happy to find the device available when I checked in. Starting the device & getting all my devices onto it was easy. We travelled to a number of cities in Japan and never had a problem with signal strength or speed.

Great wireless WiFi! Haven't had any issues, charged overnight and the power bank provided lasted all day without any problems and I use to charge my phone and the WiFi at the same time. Signal even in underground and fast trains. Fast and reliable . Very easy to order and I got it shipped to my hotel. I selected the time of delivery to be 12pm but I was there much earlier. Very happy with the whole process as it was very easy to send back. Just put it in envelope they provided and I sent it of at the airport post box. Definitely will use again!

We got the premium WiFi egg and it was worth it! We stayed only in Tokyo so it was perfect and service was great! Highly recommend especially if you are staying in a city and with multiple people.
