Dependable service at amazing price.

Ich hatte das Pocket Wifi 14 Tage in Japan genutzt. Positiv war der Versand zum Hotel, das hat alles geklappt. Genutzt habe ich das Gerät in Tokio und Osaka - der Internet Empfang war überall tadellos (außer in der Bahn bzw im Shinkansen, da war nix mit Internet). Was nicht so schön war, war das der Akku echt nicht lange gehalten hatte, außerdem hat das Ladegerät bzw das Kabel nicht funktioniert. Das zurücksenden war sehr einfach, einfach in den beigelegten Umschlag und in den nächsten Briefkasten. Alles in allem kann ich der Gerät schon empfehlen.

Great service throughout Japan

This was the best decision we made for Wi-Fi while travelling through Japan. Great coverage (even underground) and no need to use the portable charger except for my phone occasionally which was convenient. Great device.

Internet work great, ever where we when great service.

Lasted all day and easy to set up (hold to power, then enter wifi info on label). Only issue is that I was unable to get any text messages for 2nd half of my trip for some reason. Wifi worked great though.

I came in perfect condition, the battery always lasted the whole day if charged the previous night, and connection was stable 99% of the time. Fully recommend.

Japan Wireless made staying connected in Japan incredibly easy. Our pocket Wi-Fi was waiting for us at the airport when we arrived, and setup took just a minute. The device worked flawlessly throughout our entire trip with strong, reliable data and no bandwidth issues. It was simple to use and completely hassle-free. Returning it at the airport at the end of the trip was just as easy as picking it up.
