Ordering, pick up, ease of use, performance and drop off all exceeded my expectations. I ordered system on line, and picked up at post office at Narita Airport. Start up was very simple and system came charged. Within a few minutes , network was acquired and my whole family was on line before we got off the Keisei express to Ueno. We carried the spare battery and never lost our connection throughout our entire trip. You definitely need the spare battery for a full day on line, but that was to be expected. Once we were done, we packed up the pocket wifi, cables and battery in pack provided and dropped off at nearest post drop. Very easy!!! Thank you!!

This pocket wifi is lightweight and easy to operate. We did not have issues with the connection for our entire 10days stay in Kyoto and Osaka.

10/10 would recommend! Had no trouble connecting to it anywhere and would work pretty fast !! Also had no worries about the battery dying thought the trip!

Japan wireless worked perfectly on our 17 days trip to Japan. Wifi made the navigation and communication very easy with google maps and translate.

We picked up the wifi one the post office in the airport, had it with us the entire trip and easy put it in the mailbox just before check in, in the airport.
So easy! Recommended, 5 stars it not enough!

The Wifi awaited us at the hotel and was immediately ready for use. It surved us reliably to get see all the desired spots around Tokyo to Hiroshima and even on Akajima next to Okinawa. It worked very well and the included powerbank was usually needed in the afternoon, to refill the battery. The drop off at the post box was as a piece of cake as well with the description and reminder, that came one day prior to our flight home. I can definitely recommend this and would use it again for another trip to Japan!

Perfect performance at a minimal cost. Me and my four children accessed the internet constantly when travelling without disruption. Excellent.
