The delivery to our hotel was done well and the device was small enough to carry in your pocket and worked well. Battery wouldn’t last through a full day and would routinely die mid-evening, but they provide a backup battery to plug into.

The item was well prepared and came on time. Internet was fast and reliable. Return was very convenient.

Use of the Hotspot was easy and it was small enough to easily carry. A single charge lasted all day. I chose a Hotspot so I could continue receiving phone calls and texts. It worked flawlessly.

The Japan wireless wi-fi kit was perfect for my time in japan. I had seamless, fast internet wherever I went - The battery lasted a full day and was quick to charge. I never had to worry about trying to find wifi or connect to something unsecure. It was particularly helpful for getting around on the trains as I was always checking the train routes constantly on the move. Will get again next time im in Japan!

I ordered this for my parents to use on their holiday in Japan. It was waiting for them at their hotel, was easy for them to set up and use and worked for them everywhere they went across Japan.
