Happy to have gone with Japan Wireless for my trip to Osaka. Lower price rates than other competitors, and everything from obtaining the wireless to using it then returning it was very quick and easy. The internet itself worked very well for all the places we travelled (mostly Osaka and Kyoto). Highly recommend!

I ordered a pocket Wi-Fi and was totally satisfied. The package was waiting for me at my hotel. Set up was seamless. The connection for myself, wife, and daughter was strong and constant. The additional battery made it so where I could easily keep it on for the entire day. Wi-Fi connection is essential when navigating yourself around Japan so Japan wireless was a key component of a great trip.
