This little thing packs a huge punch. It was so useful and kept a great strong signal for me and my partner throughout the entire trip. It may have slowed down slightly later in the night in busy cities but it didn't fail when using Google maps which is all I needed it for. I would absolutely love to use Japan Wireless when I go back to Japan this year. Maybe a promo? Or maybe for 28 days? Either way I loved it. Easy to pick-up, set-up and return. Long battery life + came with a powerbank, and had coverage everywhere we went from Sapporo, Niseko, Tokyo to Gunma.

Best price I could find at last minute notice without having to get a Sim card sent to my home address which can take over a month to arrive. This deal lets you have a device and Sim ready for you on arrival at the airport. Pick up was seemless. It even came with a pouch, cable, power bank and Japanese wall socket to USB charger that has two USB sockets which was convenient for charging other things. Coverage was great and we went all over Japan from Nagasaki all the way up to Asahikawa. We went out into country areas and through tunnels on the Shinkansens. It was pretty good and only had a few issues in some tunnels but over the area we travelled over 4 weeks it would have been 98% coverage. Much cheaper then using my home mobile providers international roaming. It was half the price I would have had to pay. Drop of was easy. Came with a prepaid mail bag. I just put everything in the bag and dropped in the post box inside the international airport near check in. Thanks.
