We had decent coverage with T-Mobile but it was slow. Having the additional coverage made it easier for us to navigate our way around Tokyo. Comforting knowing we had the pocket wifi.

Purchasing the rental, picking up and dropping off were simple. Easy communication. The device worked excellent!

I am so glad that I got this portable wifi. Traveling outside of Japan right now I deeply miss it. It was so convenient being able to access the internet anywhere I went. I was never lost because I always had my gps if I needed it. Being able to quickly post videos as I went about my day was also such a convenience. When I come back to Japan I will definitely use it again and I have been recommending it to everyone!

Having this on our trip gave us peace of mind, convenience, and endless Wi-Fi. Highly recommend getting one even if you have an international plan with your current provider.

The wireless never failed and the battery life is great. Turned it on in the morning and come being there is still like half battery life left. Great service in ordered and having at hotel when needed by.

I always depend on Japan Wireless. Consistent, always ready, great coverage. Their device will last the whole day without recharging, unlike other providers' units. This time I experienced some slower connection speeds in Hiroshima. I'm not sure what caused it. But Japan Wireless's devices usually have great connection speeds and reliability
