Five-star experience! This is our second time using this pocket WiFi, and it continues to impress. I love that it comes in a convenient pouch with a portable battery and charger. Reception and delivery were flawless, making it a must-have for travelers. Highly recommend!

I was very pleased with the service! The signal was always strong, and the possibility to leave the router in a mailbox is extremely useful (there is also one at the Terminal of the airport, so it is not a burden to find where to drop it).
I'll for sure consider this again, it is recommended for large groups!

I recommend Japan Wireless. Their pocket WiFi works very well. I have rented twice and most likely do another time.
Though I would suggest a more lasting battery. It would be wonderful if the rental fee could be a little cheaper…

Pick up was easy in Haneda Airport once we found the counter. Drop off at the red post box in the airport was also super easy. Using the wifi during the trip was great - we almost always had a strong signal, we could connect multiple devices, and it came with a battery pack in case we needed to recharge it while we were out.
