Worked pretty well and never died. Lasted me a whole day before having to charge :)

The device is excellent. Easy to connect

Awesome, came with an extra charger, perfect to connect multiple devises and always have directions

Very easy!!! Thank you

Simple and easy to used and the find in airport. The charge lasted all day

The internet worked consistently and well, and return was very simple. Very convenient for the cost.

Nunca nos quedamos sin wifi, lo cual fue una gran ayuda para llegar a los sitios.

Ease of use. Easy setup for especially we being older . WiFi lasting all day, didn’t have to use the battery backup. Nice to know we had that option.

Helped us throughout the trip, especially in areas which were deep inside.

The pocket wifi was simple to use and really appreciated that you included the battery backup as well (even though I didn't use it). The drop off at the airport via the mail pouch was also very easy. However, the pickup was absolutely terrible because the kiosk was hard to find. I would HIGHLY encourage you to provide much better instructions on how to find the kiosk. A map would be extremely helpful.
