Had a great experience with Japan Wireless. Worked perfectly, no caps on speed. We actually had a device from one of their major competitors as well, but the Japan Wireless device was way better.

We picked up the devices at the Osaka airport and dropped them in the post back on our way out. Even though we had extra batteries we rarely used them even though we were out all day from 7am-10pm almost every day. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was because occasionally it would be hard to connect to one of them but usually resolved. We also should've rented more than 2 for our family of 5 that included our college age kid who should've had one for his own so when he went off on his own he had one with him.

We were in Japan for 16 Days and renting this wireless unit was a lifesaver. Our cell phones didn’t have the high speed internet that this provided. We were able use it throughout staying in Japan and never had an issue with it.

It was easy to pick up and drop off at the airport. The instructions to set it up were very easy as well.

I have used Japan wireless for 4 trips in Japan. The most recent one, I used the wireless device for 6 months. I had no issues and it was a relief knowing that I would always have reliable and stable internet while traveling all over Japan from Hokkaido to Okinawa. I recommend Japan Wireless to friends travelling Japan and I will continue to use their services.

I wasn't sure if my needs will be met relying on a pocket wi-fi but I was overall more than satisfied at the comfort of easy connection using multiple devices even while traveling at an unexpectedly fast speed. I would definitely go for the same product the next time I would need it.

We rented the wifi hub for our two week family trip to Japan. It dropped a few times in the subway but generally worked very well. The pickup / drop off couldn’t have been more straight forward. Would recommend.
