Other than finding the pickup spot at the airport, all of the steps to get my WiFi life on track were fairly straightforward. The unit I carried around had great battery life, and it worked on a fairly large range. Best of all, the drop off. You plunk it into the provided mail pounch, zip it up, and slide it into the nearest post box. It was almost sad to see it go.

Another great experience! Ordering, pick up, setting up, and drop off was easy. Used WiFi for streaming, maps, texting, video calling, and translate without any issues. Made our trip so much easier.

Everything was perfect: we easily retrieved the package at arrival airport, instructions were perfectly clear and we had no problem whatsoever with battery: it was not enough for the whole day out, but power bank did his job and if you remember to charge both in the evening it will be perfectly fine. Internet coverage was excellent everywhere we went, sometimes our phones would disconnect from WiFi but it could be an issue of phones themselves, anyway all we had to do was search for the WiFi and connect again.
Being able to deliver the package in any postbox was amazing, because we did so at our departure airport before security check, so we were covered until the very last moment.
Definitely recommend this and we will for sure use it again during our next trip to beautiful Japan!

Super service. Internet was available everywhere and at all times with proper speed. In addition to the cities, we were in the mountains and forests and tunnels and no problems. We uploaded pictures and videos to the cloud without any problems daily.

Really simple, ordered online and had delivered it delivered to our hotel, and was at reception when we checked in. Easy to connect and had good signal for our nearly 3 weeks in Japan. We returned via the reply paid envelope at the post box at the airport. Too easy.Would use again.

Estuvimos de viaje durante 20 dias en Japon y nos soluciono el problema de internet sobretodo en la zonas donde no hay wifi gratis. Ventajas, no necesitas una Sim ni nada solo activar wifi .Para su recogida puedes en el mismo aeropuerto y el retorno puede ser en cualquier post ofice en un sobre. Muy recomendable y practico

Pre-booked this from the UK and found a discount code which gave me 25% off. The WiFi was brilliant, could have had up to 10 connections (there was only 3 of us), very consistent in cities (less so in remote areas, WiFi is dependent on 4G signal in Japan). Could not have have coped without it. Very easy to use and set up. A must have if visiting from UK.

Pickup from airport was a a little difficult because I am not familiar with Haneda but after that, the device was super easy to operate and charge every night. Drop off at red post box was super quick n easy too. Will def do again.

Se déplacer en toute autonomie, avoir accès aux horaires des trains et métros, pouvoir communiquer par what’up etc… cet appareil est l’élément indispensable pour un séjour au japon

My family of 6 used the premium wifi during our 2 week vacation there. For the most part, it worked great. There were sometimes that the data was slow but it was working after we recharged the wifi. Would recommend!
