We were recommended to use this for our first trip to Japan. When we booked it, it couldn’t have been any more easier than the instructions and directions given in the email to find the kiosk at Haneda. Setting it up and using it was super easy and to return it was just as simple. Will definitely use again in our return trip to Japan.

Easy to find in the airport. Service was amazing, I was able to use it everywhere we went. They make us really easy to return, just put everything in the envelope and drop off a mail box.

Everything worked great. Easy to pickup at the airport and return with the included envelope. The hotspot and included battery bank lasted most of the day but you still might want to bring your own battery bank just in case. It was also easy to let multiple people connect at the same time. Good deal, especially if you intend to share with multiple people or devices.

Solid reception for the entire trip

My phone is locked so I have to use a portable WiFi instead a e/sim and this worked perfectly! Battery doesn’t last the whole day but no matter, it was still a godsend. Easy to use!

Wifi worked well everywhere. Battery lasted all day. Highly recommended if traveling to Japan and want to use your phone.
