It was an essential tool for my trip. It perfectly worked all day. The pocket WiFi arrived in my first hotel in Tokyo and then I left it in a postbox inside the airport. Highly recommend

We received our portable Wifi Router directly from the Airport, along with an additional battery (which we never needed btw). We had uninterrupted connectivity throughout our stay in Japan in all the regions that we visited (Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka). I would definitely recommend their service, and I would definitely prefer them, when I am going to return to Japan.

P.S. Using the post to send the device back is an amazing and hustle free process!!

J’ai beaucoup hésité entre un forfait et ce petit boîtier. Il fait la taille d’un téléphone, pas très encombrant ni lourd par conséquent. Et c’est vraiment pratique ! Vous le chargez le soir en rentrant de votre journée et vous l’emportez avec vous pour la journée, certains d’avoir du wi-fi partout où vous êtes, sans compter. Il faut aller le chercher dans une petite boutique à l’étage des arrivées de l’aéroport et leur renvoyer dans une boîte aux lettres normale grâce à l’enveloppe qu’on vous remettra à la livraison de l’appareil. Tout est très bien pensé, n’hésitez pas !

Pick up and drop off worked flawlessly, I never had any problems connecting and the battery lasted an entire day. There is a power bank included too though.

You'll never get lost with pocket wifi. From finding a restaurant to events in the area, translations, everything is much easier. It is "must have" for your trip.
