All good perfect for these 15 days in Japan

Japan wireless service is amazing, it worked during all our trip, country side and city. Sometimes we had to turn if off and on to regain access to the wifi but it worked perfectly !
We picked it up at the airport and gave it back through mail service, easy and efficient
We will use again the service of Japan Wireless for our next trip in Japan.

Wifi worked well when I was exploring the tourist areas.

From easy ordering , to having it delivered to my hotel room waiting for me ( I arrived at night ) , to the simplicity of connecting ( it came fully charged).
I was very pleased, used for long days and no disconnections of reduction in service , used for navigating , videos home etc.
ease of returning from airport postbox .

It was very convenient and helpful during my stay in Japan. The reasons why it is not 5 stars is because the pocket-wifi had some small problems at times. Like overheating, losing connection and needing me to take it out of my bag and take it out of sleep mode to re-connect.
These problems were not persistent but did occur around 10 times during my 3,5 weeks in Japan.

Having permanent WiFi was ideal.

We hired the Wifi device for 3 weeks. The overall experience was perfect. The power bank was very handy and in our opinion necessary, because the battery of the Wifi device was empty after 3 hours of not very intensive usage of data. The pickup and return were fast and easy.
