Great service and worked all over Japan

Very happy with the product. It was easy to balance the charge in the phone, the spare battery and Wi-Fi device combination over a full day.
It was especially useful because I travelled a long way from the usual tourist routes

I rented two pocket wifi's. I really only ended up using one, but it worked great when there wasn't great internet service. The whole process was easy.

Japan wireless is one of the best in terms of service. I had pocket WiFi delivered to my hotel and it was there waiting for me, it was easy to set up and the battery lasted all day, it also had an extra battery pack, just in case you need it. It had an envelope that you just pack it up for return, I dropped it off at the airport before check in. I highly recommend their service. Thank you, until my next trip back to Japan.

We used this company during our first visit to Japan in 2018. It worked well for four of us. Technology has improved and the unit was smaller than the first one we used.

Pick up at Narita was quick and easy. Returning the unit was just as easy using their envelope they provided.

We rented the premium WIFI during our recent trip to Japan and aways had fast and consistent network access during the 18 day period! The pickup from Haneda Airport - Terminal 3 was quick and easy. Just showed my reservation email QR code and passport and I was on my way! Drop off was also easy! Just make sure to drop it off in the mailbox before heading through airport security!

The pocket Wi-fi through Japan Wireless was truly the best choice we could make... the set-up was easy, the Wi-fi worked without interruption, and return of the pocket Wi-fi at the end of our trip was simply. Strongly recommend this product.

Works great especially if your phone doesn't allow e-sim. I did everything over wifi and it even worked underground in the subways. 10/10 recommend
