This was an easy to use pocket WiFi with clear instructions and easy to return through mail.

Fast and super reliable service. Also very convenient pick up at Haneda and drop off through the mail. I kept my US phone in airplane mode the entire 2 weeks in Japan while using this mobile WiFi hotspot.

The Japan Wireless personal wifi was excellent. We did walking tours into remote mountain areas and it worked nearly everywhere. So much easier than organising new sim cards etc and then not having my own number accessible.
Picking up the personal wifi at Haneda Airport was a little confusing as the booth was quite small, but otherwise - easy to use and very efficient.
