From picking up the device to using it and returning it...everything worked wonderfully, simply and without any problems, and it was super practical. You were independent when exploring the country and could always be reached. There were never any connection problems, and the device's battery was excellent, so I didn't even need to use the included power bank in everyday life. A very clear recommendation from me.

Easy to set-up. We were connected all the time.

We visited Japan from the USA. Our home carrier was charging $10/day per device to have over seas wifi. We rented the Japan Wireless device and had three phones on it during our 2 wk visit. We never ran out of data and we had good speeds. The device was easy to pick up and drop off when we were done. Definitely would use this service again.
