Ordered the wireless wifi pocket online from my home in the Netherlands. Arrived at the airport and picked up my envelop. Everything set up immediatly. Easy.

Note: Make sure you have your powerbank charged to have connection throughout the entire day.

I've tried several pocket WiFi providers in Japan over last few years, but this is the best in terms of speed, stability and battery life.

It did what it should without any trouble. We were four that had daily use for it. Maps, translations and more.

Thank you for the speedy delivery for my Hotspot at the hotel. I really appreciate. Wifi connection and speed were great! The only thing from giving me a full 5 star is that battery was low with mine and would run out pretry fast. Powerbank in my use also would run out of battery fast

We had the wifi sent to our hotel and received it upon check in. Then asked the hotel to mail it back to company upon check-out. It was very easy to go online to reserve it. Glad there was also an extra charging device because the router didn’t last that long. Hence the 4 stars. Otherwise staff was helpful and responded quickly when I contacted them with questions. Really appreciate that! 😊🙏🏻
