Great service all over Japan. Finding the kiosk in the airport was the difficult part. Other than that wifi was perfect the return was even better

Step up to the big boy panties. Saved my ass. Lost. Train stations. Skiing. Translations. Professional. Directions in many languages for set up. A must have if you arr even thinking of Japan Travels. If ya don't cant say i didnt warn you. Do not be stupid. Jist do it now. Save the embarrassment later. Walk of shame not kmowing who to call. Dont get caught without wi-fi.

I booked my wireless before I left Perth WA and on arrival at Heneda Airport raced up and collected the unit.
Travelling with myself, my husband and three young children this made our lives easy.
The wifi and additional battery are small and easily fit in my bag and gave us all wifi the entire holiday. Being able to drop the unit back at the post box at the airport in the self addressed envelope that's included on collection made the whole thing super easy. Will definitely book again next time.
