Ce pocket Wifi s'est révélé utile et pratique, pour nous aider dans tous nos déplacements et le déroulement de notre séjour en général. Récupération très simple à l'aéroport de Haneda et restitution par voie postale à l'aéroport du Kansai grâce à l'enveloppe fournie. Facile à mettre en service dès la réception à l'aéroport (batterie chargée). La batterie s'est parfois usée plus vite certains jours ; la batterie externe se déchargeait un peu trop rapidement, mais nous ne somme jamais tombés à court, et avons pu recharger facilement directement sur le secteur dans différents lieux. A parfaitement rempli sa fonction.

Very easy process! Wifi was delivered to my hotel. It worked with no issues and i dropped it off in a mailbox at haneda airport with no problem

Excellent service. The wireless router worked through out trip even in the Ita Valley. I foolishly forgo to post the router while in Japan. Japan-wireless were extremely understanding and patient while I sent it back from the UK. Highly recommended.

It is really convenient and efficient, the battery lasts for almost a full day with two users. We had a small issue a weekend when we could not have access to internet, but it got solved rapidly with the help of Japan Wireless staff and there were no other problems during the four months of use. I recommend.

El pocket prácticamente dura todo un día sin necesidad de recargar, aunque dependiendo del uso, a media tarde puede necesitar una recarga. Te entregan una batería para las recargas, pero también se puede utilizar una propia que puede ser más rápida

Used the pocket wifi on my trip to Hokkaido, Sapporo. No problems and was always able to access my data when I needed it. I must get when traveling internationally.

Was worried when I booked and got device to be sent to the hotel as I was only there for 1 night only. Did not need to worry as Japan Wireless was great in communication and tracked the parcel online so I knew it was at the hotel. Worked easily and lasted most of the day which just needed the powerbank just once or twice. No access issues in Osaka and Nagoya. Would use again when I am in Japan again
