from start to finish, all was seamless. system and battery worked well . 5 stars. used my last time in Japan as well and will do so again.

Very convenient and easy to pick up, use, and deliver. Only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is because it overheats. Melted chocolates in my bag the first day.

We were very pleased with the wi-fi as it was invaluable whilst we were travelling. The only slight problem was that one of the charging ports was worn so we had to make sure that the unit was charging correctly but apart from that we found it to be excellent and we would definitely recommend Japan- wireless and we will be using them again in the future.

Customer service was fast and effective after I placed my order online. The device was easy to use and ensured that I haf consistent internet, which was great since my phone's global mobile data plan wasn't working properly. I was able to pick up the device in the Minato City area of Tokyo, where English-speaking staff addressed my concerns.It was easy to return, since they gave me envelope that I could use to I mail the wifi device back to them from any post office box in Japan before I returned home. It seemed like they also had options for pickup/drop off in airports, though I didn't use them since I didn't realize that my phone's data plan wasn't working until after I got to my hotel after leaving the airport. I'd use Tokyo Wireless again. They were easier to use than some of the other options, which had less accessible websites and customer service.
