Instructions for pickup, usage, and return were all very clear and easy to use. No issues at all with collection or using it while we were in Japan. The speed seemed good, and it even worked at the top of a wooded mountain which was a nice surprise! It didn't run out of charge completely from a day's use, but was mostly depleted (down to about 30%), so we found charging it every night the safest option.

Fast service and respond, I rented two units while we are in Japan, one of the unit damaged and they send the new one to my next destination hotel right away.

It was very easy to retrieve, set up, and return the module. The wifi itself was very reliable in Tokyo, but service was cut for couple hours during my day trip to Mt. Fuji. It may not be as reliable in more rural settings. Something to consider.

While there are many free wifi locations in Japan, my premium wifi service from Japan Wireless was worth every cent. It was perfectly reliable everywhere we went, and was very fast. Most importantly, I didn't have to worry about the security of my connection, and I could stay in touch with my family, friends, and business with complete peace of mind.
