I opted to pick up from airport, which was available from post office. It was convenient and fast. When I got back to hotel, I realise the wire given is the wrong size for the modem they provided. Thank God I happened to have the right size of attachment.
Wifi on the go is convenient but you'll have to turn off & on the thing when you use and when you do not want to use, which I find inconvenient. A good addition is that they provided a power bank to charge the modem.
Usually I think the battery from modem & power bank is enough for a whole day out. Return is also easily done, by placing all items in the self-addressed envelope provided & as easy as dropping in any mailbox you see.

We used it for 17 days while traveling around Japan and never had any problems. We used the extra battery for charging our phones. Highly recommend while in Japan company.

Good WiFi and reliable

Encountered no problems with connection. Battery lasted long didn't even need to use the powerbank. Affordable daily rate too. Highly recommended :)
