Customer's Reviews
Rented from Japan Wireless for the second time in Japan. The process was super easy. Placed the order, picked up at the airport post office and connected in a minute. I didn't have any issues with the connection. The battery life was really good. Everything was excellent!
We hired premium Wi-Fi for our trip to Japan last year. Not a single problem. We have just hired it again for our return trip in January 2020.
Highly recommend for ease of ordering, service, competitive price and product.
Great equipment!
Everything was excellent! The added external battery is a nice thing to have just in case but the battery life of the pocket wifi is awesome.
Easy to pickup, use and return. WiFi available all day.
Japan Wireless saved my life in japan! Internet is super fast and worked everywhere! Highly recommend it!
Simple and to the point:
You will need a Pocket WiFi with unlimited data and high speed connection.
Finding amazing restaurants, translating, using google maps to find your way through the JR Trains, subways and getting a taxi requires a good internet connection.
Watching YouTube videos to find out what is famous or recommended in the city you are visiting also requires a fast connection.
Those are some of the basic needs when traveling Japan. I loved the ease of use and the great price!
Make sure to download the App in order to access the English menu and keep an eye on who is connected to your network.
Excellent pickup service and drop off at Nsrita. Always had good wifi speed on the trains to Kyoto, Osaka, Hiroshima and back to Tokyo/Narita.
So glad we got this for our trip. It was at the hotel when we arrived and worked terrific all over Japan. Battery lasted all day. We couldn't have been happier!
No complaints. Just a tip though, disable auto updating of your apps and auto photo backups on wifi if you want the wifi router to survive throughout the day. I find that once I had those settings disabled the router has enough battery to last a whole day.
