Have been using it for years… Hassle free be it collection or return. The network is reliable but at times may need to restart device to refresh the network (not an inconvenience as the restart is relatively fast). Highly recommended if you don’t like to change SIM card or use esim.

Good coverage from Okinawa to Tokyo. Only downside the batteries are showing their age. I will only get about 6 hours before needing to charge again. Last time they would go for about 10 hours before needing a charge.
