Japan Wireless was amazing! The pocket wifi was perfect for the 4. Service was amazing! We did not have any problems with our pocket WiFi. Besides that, the customer service was also EXCELLENT! We ended up being stuck in Japan for a few extra days and without any problems we got our Wifi extended. I would definitely recommend Japan Wireless.

It was really good, decent battery life, they provided a back up power pack, the wifi coverage was good too. It was so useful I wondered why I bothered with a cellphone contract when I could have a pocket wifi for all devices. The only annoying thing was pick-up. It was delivered to the Japan post office on the 4th floor of the airport and Japan Wireless don't communicate this effectively enough in my view.

For foreigners ((Netherlands) it’s very handy to use Japan-Wireless. Everywere there’s WiFi even in the Japan Mountains.
