100% uptime as long as you're within a city or road/rail. This was my 2nd time; my first time being a 2+ month long plan. Assuming you're not in front of your phone/tablet/whatever that uses wifi non-stop, can stay strong for 12+ hours.

I ordered a pocket wifi moments before I boarded my flight to Japan. The order was accepted and prepared for me when I arrived. I was given the portable wifi device and spare battery pack in a zip up pouch. I used the device for 8 days and always had internet and hardly had to use the battery charger. It held great charge. I highly recommend using if you are travelling and dont want an E sim. A pre paid envelope was given to put in post box to return. So easy to use.

Easy setup coverage was very good

Communication before arriving, during, and after with Japan wireless was solid. I used the WiFi pack just in Tokyo and it worked fine. The only time I lost coverage when I was 2 floors down in a restaurant.

We rented a Wifi from this company for two weeks. It is very reliable. With the Wifi, we can easily go to anywhere in Japan with good communication and information. The cost is reasonable. It was easy to find the office to pick up the device and very easy to return it by putting it in a post box with a provided envelope. I highly recommend this company for renting a Wifi.

A must have while traveling in Japan. We were able to translate everything, which made it easy to shop and order food. I will definitely be using pocket wi-fi during my travels.
