This was a great option for those traveling for an extended time throughout Japan. I maintained great service even on ferries out to smaller islands and while in remote locations. Will definitely be using again on my next trip!

We are so glad that we decided to order a portable wifi for our visit in Japan. It was easy to handle and perfect in every way!

Got the rental WIFI device in Osaka just outside the airport building. The device works perfectly! No need to worry about going out of battery because the pouch provided includes a powerbank. You will receive an email notification before the rental expires, it also includes location where to return depending on your departure airport. In my case, it was in Narita airport terminal 3 inside the Lawson convenience store.

Great coverage at a reasonable price. The only times we couldn't get a signal were when we were on the way to shirokawago and on the bus ride to Hakone (both were deep in the mountains so it's highly understandable!)

The battery held on for an entire day too, didn't need the powerbank. Though having it brought great comfort.

Good quality pocket Wi-Fi! Would definitely use it again on my next Japan trip.

This is the third time we've used Japan wireless. It has always been reliable to use, and easy to pick up and return. We've never had any issues and would definitely continue to use, and recommend to anyone with wifi needs while travelling in Japan.

This was such a easy transaction all the way around. We picked up at the airport when we arrived and were able to drop off in a mailbox at the airport as soon as we checked our bags. Such a easy process and pocket wifi worked great thru our entire trip. We will use this service again.
