I purchased the premium package and it worked great for me during my travel in Japan

Product was delivered to my daughter's apartment, so it was available for use to use right away. We used it for 14 days and never had a problem. There were 2-3 people using it and the battery lasted all day (never had to use the back-up battery). I'd use this again.

From Hokkaido to Nagasaki it worked very well. Just the powerbank wasn't working

Pocket Wifi is indispensable. I could no longer do without it during my travels in Japan.

The wifi was super easy to use and speeds were decent. My flight was delayed and I had to fly into Haneda instead of Narita, so I wouldn't be able to pickup my wifi. I contacted Japan Wireless and they were able to send one to my hotel right away for a charge. It arrived within 1 hour!

It just worked - simple as. Solid internet and long lasting battery - You need nothing more! Additionally, Japan Wireless' service was great. There's no doubt I'll use this service when I return to Japan.

Note: I was given a device different to the one pictured. Smaller screen and square shaped. Amazing battery. Didn't even touch the provided power bank.

In order to move around in Japan - trains, buses, walking etc - the wifi device is extremely practical and convinient.
