Plain and simple. Great service and product. I had it with me all the time for 21 days when I traveled all over japan! The battery lasted me all day most days. One day I forgot to charge it and had it down to 3% and still helped me navigate japan. Highly recommend!

Our hub worked perfectly. They delivered to our hotel and easy return in Tokyo!

Ordering this was so simple. Choose the dates, put in the address for my hotel, fly 18 hours, check into hotel, and the package was there waiting for me. Easy to set up. Really convenient. Wasn’t a bother to carry around as we had small backpacks with us. To return, we placed the pocket wifi, along with the charger, cord and case it came with, into the prepaid mailing envelope and dropped it off in a mailbox on our way back to the airport. Mailboxes are easy to spot - my husband said the symbol looked like a Tesla logo.

My only qualm was that the wifi was at times spotty. Not sure if this was because of our location but I would definitely say it worked most of the time. Would only be spotty for a few minutes. Honestly wasn’t ever really an inconvenience.

Company was easy to deal with. Communication was clear. I would rent a pocket wifi from them again!

The Internet speed was good and I was impressed how easy it was to just pick it up at the airport and mail it back.

Good, reliable connection but we just needed to turn it on every so often. It seems it automatically turns off on its own.

A must have in Japan. From pick up to drop off, it's a simple process. Have been using this for over 4 years when traveling in Japan and no failures. Coverage is excellent. Would recommend to anyone traveling in Japan.

From pick-up to return the Japan Wireless pocket Wi-fi made the trip a breeze! Pick up was very simple - follow the directions posted on their website for the kiosk to pick it up. Return was no different - just put it in the envelope that comes with the pocket wi-fi and drop it off at the post box in one of the terminals.

Used this product for 8 days in Japan. Worked well everywhere we went. Was waiting for me when I checked into my first hotel in Tokyo and my last hotel mailed it back for me. Battery life was pretty good. Highly recommended.
