Was very easy to work with and worked perfectly, it was really nice to have wifi with me in a different country to look up all kinds of things without ending up with a random 100 dollar bill because you looked at google maps for a few minutes. The price was great and it was very easy to pick up and return. the device came fully charged so I was able to use it as soon as I arrived in Japan at the airport and picked it up.
