Japan Wireless pocket WiFi was invaluable! I was able to have internet access reliably throughout my entire trip. Highly recommend!

Pocket wifi was very convenient and fast! It lasted all day while we were out, and the portable charge that came with it came in very handy. Excellent service and easy returns!

I've ordered it online a few days before arriving in Japan but it arrived one day before I've arrived at the hotel, which was great. The instructions were explained in a perfect way both for how to use it and how to return it. The returning process was super easy.
The only thing I can say is that, let's say you book it for 10 days, you don't really pay for 10 days but for 9 and an half cause I had to return it before 13 pm. which I wouldn't consider an entire day.

Worked flawlessly throughout our trip. Ideal if you do not want to mess around with changing SIMs, and even better when you want multiple people to share the connection.

My hotspot was for a week-long subscription and was excellent all throughout my travel. Worked the whole time I was in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka and I never had to fear over the lack of internet access during my trip. Just charge it every night like you would with your phone including the external battery and you’ll be fine!
