Great option when multiple people need a connection and saves money vs each person getting an esim. Worked perfectly everywhere!

Getting the wifi was super simple in the airport, using it was a breeze throughout my trip, and returning it was super simple through whatever red mailbox I came across once I was done.

The wifi service itself was great too, it was as if I had full cell service the whole time. 2 people on the wifi the whole time and it never felt throttled.

The best deal you can find for unlimited data while traveling in Japan. Certainly Recommend

I travel to various countries quite frequently and had never used a pocket Wi-Fi in the past. I found the device incredibly helpful. I used on a continuous basis and only had to charge it overnight. Connectivity was quite good, with only a couple of times but for a very short time. Getting the device at Narita and returning it was very easy. I look forward to renting it again :)

Excellent service- was delivered beforehand to our hotel on the day we arrived as we requested . Check collection May not be available at the all the terminals. Hotel delivery may suit you. Simple to use. Definite companion for your Japan travel. We used it for 3mobiles. All the devices shouldn’t be too far from the pocket WiFi to be connected. Easy to post- follow the instructions from the provider- choose the correct postbox at the airport ( staff at airport not familiar and said you can post it in the other box too). Osaka international airport postbox was too full- we had to literally push them all down with our hand to post ours. Highly recommend it.

no complaints whatsoever: booking process was super easy (did it at the airport) and
it arrived comfortably at the hotel, since then
a great companion for the whole 4 week trip and battery duration was very long.

A high quality service. Battery lasting around 12 hours with five users connected via wifi. Outside bigger towns there were occasional lags in the connection (which did not significantly affect usability), most likely depending on the phone network rather han on the wifi signal of the device itself. Overall I was very satisfied.
