Upon recommendation from my daughter, I looked into Japan Wireless and thought they provided exactly what I wanted. They delivered the pocket Wi-Fi and translator to my hotel. The rep was waiting for me with the unit- took 4 hrs.to get through Narita and arrive at my hotel later than planned. During the tour I was on the unit malfunctioned. The English speaking support teamcould not come up with a fix due to loss of signal in the Japanese Alps. They sent a replacement unit to my next hotel to be sure I had service, and all was well. Return was a snap. Just put the return envelope in one of the MANY mailboxes around. I am planning to return to Japan next year and will definitely use Japan Wireless again. Web site was super easy too. Good company to work with!

Great experience! Super convenient to have it at the hotel when you get there and the pre-addressed envelope makes it easy to return. Internet was fast and the battery lasted all day.
Only critique is the external battery that came with it didn’t last very long and it’d be nice to get an email knowing it was returned properly.

The premium portable WiFi from Japan Wireless worked like a charm all over Japan. I recommend this wonderful product.
